Our scholastic alliance with Tsinghua University in Beijing (the MIT of China) gives our programs a competitive edge over other educational institutions. Located in the northwest part of the city (Haidian district), it sits on the former site of Qing Dynasty royal gardens and retains Chinese-style landscaping as well as some traditional buildings. However, many of its buildings are also in the Western-style, reflecting the American influence in its history. The university is known throughout China for having one of the most beautiful campuses and is surrounded by museums, galleries, shops and restaurants. The university's conference facilities make it one of the most sought after facilities by corporations looking to develop working relationships with the Chinese business community.

Each Hualian program is individually tailored to the needs and desires of the participants. Students will trace the history and geography of China while studying traditional and cultural themes.
